You can add students in three ways: 1. **Type**: Manually enter the first and other names. 2. **Image**: Upload a clear photo of your class list or register. Our AI will extract the names automatically. 3. **PDF**: Upload a PDF document containing student names, and we'll extract them for you. To get started, go to your Students page and click 'Add Student'.

Go to the Students page, select the class the student belongs to, and you'll see a list of students. Click the pencil icon (Pencil) to edit their name, or the trash icon (Trash2) to delete them. You can also quickly search for a student using the search bar within the class list.

In the Classes view, click 'Create Class'. You'll need to provide a name (e.g., 'Grade 6A') and assign subjects. You can add subjects by searching for them or creating new ones. You can also customize the grading weight—for example, setting the class score to 40% and the exam score to 60%.

When you open an assessment in the Classes or Reports view, you'll see a marking sheet. Simply type the scores into the 'Class Score' and 'Exam' columns. sirbus automatically saves your progress every 3 seconds and calculates the final scores and positions in real-time.

To prevent data loss, sirbus automatically saves any marks you enter. You'll see a 'Saving...' indicator at the top of the assessment sheet when changes are being recorded. If you're working while online, your data is also synced in real-time across devices.

The Master Sheet provides a bird's-eye view of your entire class's performance. It shows the total scores for every subject, the overall total, and the rank (position) of each student within the class. This is perfect for end-of-term reviews and academic analysis.

Once marks are entered, click 'Finish Assessment' or go to the 'Reports' section. You can view individual terminal report cards for each student. To print, you can use the browser's print feature (Ctrl+P) on the report view. We've optimized the layout to fit perfectly on A4 paper.

Each report has a 'Public Link'. You can copy this link and share it with parents or administrators. They can access the report card without needing a sirbus account. You can also share a bulk-print link that allows them to view all students in a class at once.

Your school details (name, district, and your teacher name) are required when you first start. You can update these by going to the 'Configure' section of any report or class, which allows you to adjust the school information that appears on the report cards.

We take data privacy very seriously. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share student information with third parties, and only you (and those you explicitly share with via public links) can access your class records.
